The easiest way to manage your account is to download the Tesco Mobile App or log into My Account.

You'll get a text or email from us each month when your bill is ready, depending on which method you've chosen. To view or pay your bill simply download the Tesco Mobile app or log into My Account and click 'View details of my bills and payments'.

To find out if you can upgrade log into My Account or by checking on our Tesco Mobile app. You'll need to log in using our 2-step authentication process to see your full list of options, so make sure you have your phone handy, as we'll need to send you a pin to log in, after you've provided your username and password.

There are plenty of convenient options to top up your Tesco Mobile Pay As You Go phone. Simply download the Tesco Mobile app, or log into My Account and look for the top-up section. To access the internet on your phone or tablet you'll need the right settings. You might need to enter the settings manually on some devices. Try our device guides for step by step instructions, or if your device isn't available you can enter the following pay monthly settings manually: APN: prepay.tesco-mobile.com, Username: tescowap, Password: password
